These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform and any associated services provided by us.
The Platform is available to you conditional upon your acceptance of the Terms set forth herein. By using the Platform, you signify that you possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms and to use the Platform in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
The Platform is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. By using the Platform, you warrant and represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to engage in a binding agreement. Should we be made aware of any user information pertaining to individuals under the age of 13 collected without verifiable parental consent, efforts will be made to promptly delete such data. The information provided through the Platform is intended for use by professional automotive and machinery repair technicians, experienced DIY users, vehicle and machinery owners, and repair businesses.

(g) Any injury, death, or property damage resulting from your repair activities.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you provide any questions, feedback, or other content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You represent and warrant that any information you provide about vehicles, machinery, or repair issues is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for:
