Geo vehicles were produced from 1989 to 1997 as joint-venture vehicles through GM’s partnership with Toyota and Suzuki. Service documentation is specific to these North American configurations, which differ from their Japanese-market counterparts.
The 1989 Geo Spectrum Base — Base trim, 1.5L L4 Turbocharged GAS FI engine — has its own OEM-Authorized documentation set. Jayda pulls it from Geo’s source: component locations, diagnostic procedures, wiring schematics, labor times, fluid specifications, OEM part numbers, torque specs, TSBs, and recall information specific to this configuration.
